WEEK 2: POWER RANKINGS

What a difference a week can make. A dominant performance in Week 1 for Jared leads to a weak performance in Week 2, and yet still manages to beat Jon by 8. Meanwhile, Josh punds the pavement with 99 points but was no match for Colleen's outrageous 132 point performance. So this edition of the rankings is going to be tough to muster. I think I made a          fair set of rankings, so here goes nothing...

(Ok, so before everyone gets their panties in a bunch, I'm combining your Week 2 performances with your previous performances. So if you beat your opponent and you're still ranked behind them... don't bitch. There was actual math put into this, so STFU...)

8. Monica (0-2, previously 8)
Ok bounce back from MZ, but still was raped by Neal. Has a group of talented WR's, but can't figure out who she wants to play, apparently. Major RB issues abound here, as well. In all fairness, Stafford has been pretty bum thus far and should start producing fairly soon...

7. Jon (0-2, previously T-4)
After a decent performance in Week 1 (albeit a loss), Backus comes out in Week 2 and takes a huge dump at centerfield. Who knew of three roster QB's (Brady, Vick and A. Smith) that Brady would have the worst game?...

6. Kevin (1-1, previously 7)
Nice performance from KB this week. Eli Manning and Michael Turner combined for 36 points, and the Seahawks D really took it to Dallas as well. But what about Trent Richardson, people?? Holy shit, with that kind of performance week in, look to see KB climb up the rankings in the next weeks.

5. Eric (1-1, previously T-4)
Some substitution blunders cost the match for Wallace. Marshawn Lynch should have started, and apparently, for the second week in the row, so should have RG3 and Damaryius Thomas. Interesting to see what happens to Bradshaw and Charles next week, who were both taken out of their respective games in Week 2...

T-3. Colleen (1-1, previously 6)
Holy. Fucking. CJ Spiller... But in reality, it wasn't just Spiller. Vincent Jackson and Roddy White blew up for 34 points combined, and Cam Newton went, well... Cam Newton. And leave it to strong and steady Jason Hanson to bring up the points when the Lions' offense sputtered against the 49ers defense, too.

T-3. Jared (2-0, previously 1)
Give credit where credit is due. JG is one of two undefeated teams left in the league. Yet, Something about Jared being here feels so... wrong. In fact, this win was pathetic. 60 points? And STILL WINS??? My God, everyone else in the league would have stomped him. But a win is a win, even if it smells like donkey shit. Good work, fuck head.

2. Josh (1-1, previously 2)
You have to feel sorry for someone who scored 99 points and yet still had no shot at beating his opponent, and that is exactly what Josh managed to do. Arian Foster, Tony Gonzalez and Mike Wallace were steady, but it will be interesting to see what happens to Forte, as his Week 3 status is being described as "iffy..."

1. Neal (2-0, previously 3)
Another smack down in the first couples' match-up in the league. No one is a more dependable fantasy option than Ray Rice, and Matt Ryan finally looks like the elite fantasy stud we all thought he could be (wait... he played Peyton... oops...) Good thing Reggie Bush did his Hulk impersonation this week, which really propelled Neal to the top.
